✨ Booking, Cancellation & Late Policy ✨ I truly value your time and appreciate you choosing me for your skincare services! To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies: •Appointments & Cancellations I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client! Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. •No-Show Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total. •Late Arrivals If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, and the full service price will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. •Rescheduling If you wish to reschedule your appointment, no fee will be charged. I do kindly ask that you let me know as soon as you can so i can accommodate other clients and get you in for a new time that fits both our schedules!
